TuApply Account Deletion

TuApply allows users to delete their account directly inside the app.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the TuApply app.
2. Go to Profile or Account.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm deletion.

What we delete

When you delete your account, we delete or permanently remove access to:

• Your account profile
• Saved CVs
• Saved job posts
• Generated CVs
• Generated cover letters
• Uploaded CV files
• Uploaded job screenshots
• Application history linked to your account

Data we may keep

We may keep limited records if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or operational reasons. This may include basic logs or transaction records where applicable.

If you cannot access the app, email us: support@tuapply.app

Subject: Delete TuApply Account

Include the email address linked to your TuApply account.

We will process deletion requests within a reasonable time.
